Technical and security data

To protect the Founder Pricing Ladder from duplicate, fake, or abusive signups, we may process technical data such as:

• First-party visitor identifier
• Hashed visitor identifier
• IP address or hashed IP address
• User-agent or hashed user-agent
• Browser/session data needed to keep your signup flow active
• Email verification tokens
• Private position/magic-link tokens
• Timestamp of signup, email verification, and position checks
• Fraud review status

Where possible, we avoid storing raw technical identifiers and use hashed or limited identifiers for anti-abuse purposes.

• activate your baseline 10% lifetime founder discount

Every verified subscriber receives a baseline founder discount after public launch.

Your projected founder discount may increase based on verified referrals from your personal referral link. Only referrals who verify their email and pass automated or manual anti-fraud review count toward your verified referral count and current rank. Referrals flagged for review may remain pending until the review is resolved.

The current Founder Pricing Ladder tiers are:

• Outside the Top 25% rank cutoff: 10% off for life
• Top 25% rank cutoff by verified referrals: 15% off for life
• Top 10% rank cutoff by verified referrals: 20% off for life
• Top 5% rank cutoff by verified referrals: 30% off for life
• Top 1% rank cutoff by verified referrals: 50% off for life

Rank cutoffs are calculated as whole-number floors with a minimum of one rank. For example, if there are 105 verified subscribers, only rank #1 qualifies for Top 1%; ranks #2 through #5 qualify for Top 5%.

Your projected discount may change while the Founder Pricing Ladder is active. Final founder discounts are subject to anti-fraud review before launch.

Your lifetime discount can be combined with future public promotions whenever available. Combined discounts may be subject to a maximum total discount during checkout.

Your lifetime discount will apply to the Microcap Engine subscription when you sign up with the same email address used for the Founder Pricing Ladder.

Depending on the situation, we process personal data based on:

• Consent, when you submit your email or agree to receive updates.
• Legitimate interests, such as preventing abuse, securing the Founder Pricing Ladder, avoiding duplicate signups, improving the product, and protecting the integrity of referral rankings.
• Pre-contractual or contractual steps, where processing is needed to manage founder pricing, future signup, or launch-related communications requested by you.
• Legal obligations, if we are required to retain or disclose certain information under applicable law.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@microcapengine.com or by using any unsubscribe option included in our emails.

Microcap Engine may use first-party cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for strictly necessary purposes, including:

• remembering referral codes
• remembering first-touch acquisition context so internal navigation does not erase the original source
• keeping your signup session active
• preventing duplicate or abusive waitlist submissions
• enabling email verification and private position links
• allowing trusted browsers to view position/rank information without exposing private data publicly

These technologies are used for security, functionality, and Founder Pricing Ladder integrity.

Tagged campaign links also use a first-party attribution cookie for up to 90 days to remember the latest campaign source while you browse. If you submit your email, we store that source together with the page and signup button you used. This cookie does not grant account or database access.

If we later add analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking cookies, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, request consent before using those technologies.
